Transcript Requests are Fulfilled Through Parchment

HOW IT WORKS

Step-by-step instructions explaining how to place orders on Parchment. Here’s an overview:

1. Go to the link at the bottom of the page for Parchment. Search for “American Management University.” After going to the AMU page on Parchment, enter your email address and press “Continue” to get started.

If this is your first time, it will guide you to creating an account on Parchment. Fill in your personal and contact information as directed. 

You will then need to check your email to verify your account. After you verify, you will be asked to login. 

If you have used Parchment before, it will ask you to login. 

AMU holds on to your official transcript, so the first thing you do after registering and logging into a Parchment.com account is find us and add us to your account.

2. Send your transcript anywhere.

Parchment can send your transcript to any destination worldwide – to a college, an employer, or yourself. And
we can send it electronically or by mail. Please note their is an extra fee for paper mail. Each electronic transcript order is $10.50 USD.

Remember that Parchment does not have your official transcript. AMU does. When you place an order, Parchment will notify us. We will review and approve your order, and then we send your transcript to its destination. If there is a delay with your order, you should contact us. Causes for delay include academic holds or if there is an unpaid balance on your account. 

3. Track your order.

You can track the entire ordering process on Parchment.com. In most cases, transcripts are processed within 1 business day.
