AMU is a registered non-profit in the Republic of France. The university operates within compliance with the French Ministry of Education for Private Learning Establishments. We are a private, non-contracted (hors contrat) distance learning institution, legally authorized to operate under the Code de l’Éducation Articles L444-1 to L444-11 and R444-1 to R444-28.
